Mailing condition for all packages
If the value of any item in the package is over $2,500 USD we can only ship by DHL due to the complicated regulations and reporting (EEI Electronic Export Information: SED Shipper Export Declaration), which applies to shipping items with value over $2,500 USD. In case you want us to prepare EEI we charge a $40 flat fee.
PLEASE NOTE: All packages sent from our Tualatin warehouse are transferred to the Torrance warehouse for processing. There is a 3 business days transit time between Tualatin and Torrance. This 3 business days transit time is in addition to the stated delivery timeframe.

DHL will attempt to contact you regarding payment of customs duties or taxes in your country. You will need to clear customs yourself or authorize DHL to do this for you. Customs clearance will be done through your local DHL branch. To speed up the process follow the movement of your package through the DHL website using the tracking number you are given at mailout. When you see that your package has arrived in your country contact DHL.
If DHL does not hear from you within 5 days of arrival in your country your package may be sent back or destroyed. Due to the high cost of sending a package back (usually triple our rates) we strongly recommend that you track your incoming package and contact DHL rather than relying on them to contact you.
